FROM THE HOTEL LE CHÊNE VERT
Are you looking for an atypical place to organize a corporate event in small groups in the city center of Brive? In the Salon Privé du Chêne Vert, we meet there for a work meeting, for a brainstorming session, a small seminar between collaborators or to negotiate a contract in complete confidentiality, etc.
More than a traditional meeting room, the Salon Privé du Chêne Vert is a very quiet and pleasant place where design, art and literature have taken their place in the decoration of the premises. The 45 m2 of the room, conducive to concentration, can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people seated. With great care for the smooth running of your event, we will ensure that you have all the necessary essentials to animate your meeting .

YOUR ARRIVAL
For your event, the arrival of your guests can take place from 7:30 am. To start the day, we can welcome them with a breakfast at the bar including a hot drink, a fruit juice and a pastry.
2/
AT LUNCH TIME
You have two options:
In your place, we call on the services of a local caterer with whom we are used to working to concoct a lunch for you which will be served at the hotel. Lunch can take place in the meeting room or in the glass roof at a time that suits you according to your organization. We take care of receiving the meal trays, setting the table and letting you know when everything is ready!
We reserve your lunch at the restaurant in one of the many brivist tables recommended by us.
AT THE END OF THE DAY
For a moment of relaxation before you leave, we suggest you organize an aperitif at the bar and in our cozy lounge (soft, wine, local beers and house cocktails) accompanied by plates of charcuterie and/or cheese.
